The aim of the project: geological study and industrial groundwork of pudosh field of titan-magnetic ore. Aganozersky field of chrome ore and shalozersky field of chrome-copper-nickel-platinummetal ore of Byracovsky tract and to build on their bacis a number of industrial production.
The discription of the project:
In the east part of Karelia(Pudosh district) near each other is situated a great field of iron-titan-vanady ore, chrome ore and resourses of chrome-nickel-platinum ore and nickel serpettinit.
The realisation of the project is possible through three units of measures. Building of energy and transport intrastructure and cultivation of natural resourses.
The main infrastructure should be two LEP- 220 kv, stretching 150km, or building a big energy source.
The core of transport infrastructure shuold be the building of railway main line.
The first variant- building of railway main line Medvezjegorsk-Pudosh-Njandoma-350km. The amount of investment 40 billion rubles.
The second variant- building of railway main line Medvezjegorck-Pudosh-Vutegra-Tcherepovetz-500km. The amount of investment-50 billion rubles.
For the succesful realization of the project we plan to develop social infrastructure. To build a town for 40000 people and 2-3 villages for 3000 person and to create comfortable life for workers.
Pudosh field of titan-magnetic ore.
The research of Pudosh field and the building of the railway was held in 1950-60 years of the last century by LPU and UL and State University to design metallurgy plant.
The resourses of ore -316ton. General resourses of ore- 1 billion ton.
Aganozersky field of chrome ore.
Resourses Cr203 -8,4 mill ton.
General resourses- 209mill ton.
Shalozerskoje field of platinummetal, copper-nickel and chrome ore.
Today prospecting of Shalozerskoje field is being done.
The main created industry and types of products to realize in this project.
- Building of GOK on the basis of pudosh iron-titan- vanady with copper, platinum and gold ore field. The amount of process 7ml ton ore a year. The amount of investment- 6 billion rubles
- Building of GOK on the basis of Aganozersky chromic field with the amount of mining and process not less than 5ml ton ore a year. The amount of investment- 5 billion rubles.(OAO “Karelmet”)
- Building of metallutgy plant on the basis of serpettinit field “Aganozerskoje 2”. The amount of industry not less than 30000 ton of nickel and 1100 ton of magnesia (OAO “Norilsky nickel”). The amouht of investment-1,5 billion rubles.
- Building of GOK on the basis of Shalozersky field of platinummetal, copper-nickel and cheome ore. The amount of process 7ml ton ore a year. The amount of investment -5-6 billion rubles (ZAO “Norit”)
- Building of metallurgy plant ferroalloy. Industry of ferrochrome, ferrotitan, ferrrovanady, ferrosilizij, ferronickel, steel and titan. The amount of investment-50 billion roubles.
- At the same time there is an opportunity for industry of ballast. The amount of industry not less than 20ml cube a year. The amount of investment -1,5billion oubles
- Developing wood industry of Pudosh district. The amount of process not less than 2ml cube of wood a year. The amount of investment - 4 billion roubles.
The general amount of investment on the project - 100-120billion roubles and in needs to involve state partnership in the sphere of building infrastructure and not only the republic budget but also other companies which take part in the realization of the project,but also the funds of energy and railway companies interested in involving their service. We are working to involve funds from Russian Invest Fund.
Straight economic result- amount of industry –more than 150billion roubles.
To increase the work of North railways. To increase the amount of transportation to 30mill ton a year with the help of Oktjabrskaja railway.
Straihgt budget result-taxes into the budget system of different levels-50 billion roubles a year.
Social economic result- making 10-15000 working places in different districts of Karelia and regions of Russia.
