Project description:
Karelia is one of the most important tourists centres in Russia. Karelia borders on Eurounion and is situated near such famous monuments as Kizhi, Valaam and Solovki, has a great experience in tourism.
Peninsular Spasskaja Guba and bank of Munozero, where the building of mountainneering resort is supposed to be, situated in Kondopozskij region, 40 km from airport “Besovetz” and 10km from sanatorium “Martzialjnje Vodi”.
This place for resort building is ideal. There are two 150mt high summits to organize mountainneering descent.There is also wonderful ecology, clean air, clean lakes. A great number of lakes makes it possible to use them for summer and winter entertaining, also the coast of Munozero allows to build a field for golf.
Locaion near federal airway Moscow- Myrmansk Petrozavodsk makes it profitable to make investments. Building a new resort allows to attract tourists all the year round.
There is a land for the project. All documents are ready. There could be organized not less than 50-75 descents, including special equipment for freestyle and snowboarding. General lengh is 75km. Skating season lasts for about 180 days a year.
It is supposed to use the resort all the year round.There would be built about 30 objects.
The resort would be multyprofile. We have a great demand for such kind of service. It garantees a quick resort development.
Exept russian and european tourists resort would be used by professional sportsmen.
The quality of run and infrastructure would meet international standarts. International competitions could be held.
A great number of equipped grounds and towns for summer and winter sports, leisure and health farm is possible.
To fill in the hotel medical block is planned to be built, included into the infrastructure of sanatorium “ Martzialjni vodi”, which is situated 12kl from the village Spasskaja guba. There are mineral sources. The resort would be expanded with balneological health farm.
There are unique sources of mineral water and medical mud.
High level of health service. Summer and winter sports could be combined with medical treatment, that would interest potential consumer.
The realization of the project is possible through two stages.
On the first stage it is planned to make all the infrastructure, sports- entertaining buildings, 3-4 star hotels, restaurants and fast food restaurants, costing 125,56million euro.
On the second stage it is planned to build 4-5 star hotels, restaurants and golf fields, costing 175,1 million euro.
To reach 100% resort working is planned on the 6 year of exploitation.
Wanted general volume of investment is about 300 million euro.
