The goal of the project: Construction of Pyainur Mountain tourist and ski center in Louhsky district.
Project description: The project is a part of the Tourist Karelia complex investment project. Three skiing runs (vertical drop is 377 meters), three poma lifts, luge tracks, a springboard, a hotel for 200 people are planned to be construct.
Availability of resources and infrastructure for implementation of the project:
The nearest interface point to electric network is 1 km far. There is an automobile road with access to Murmansk region. A heliport deck is 10 km far (by water).
Design needs to foresee construction of autonomous environmental support systems (cold and hot water, sanitary piping). Diesel or electric boiler house is planned for providing heat support. Power supply lines and a transformer box are necessary to be built.
The basis of transport infrastructure and main type of tourists’ transportation can be the network of water routes.
Project readiness stage: feasibility study; rough design has been worked out within the General Scheme of placement of tourist objects and infrastructure in the Republic of Karelia.
Total amount of investments is 700 million RUR.
